Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarkPros and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, any transaction or relationship between you and a listed business, or any content posted by users. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to StarkPros, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
